During my meditation, I experienced a profound dream—an overwhelming sense of joy as I visualized my new life purpose. I saw myself creating a place where I could immerse myself in nature and rediscover inner peace. It would be a haven to share, inspire and connect people, a place to relax, reconnect and recharge. It felt like a natural progression of my life journey, a culmination of my passions and experiences. It made me feel grateful that life had transformed me from a naive girl full of doubts into a joyful and mindful woman with an open mind, in tune with the beauty of a holistic, natural lifestyle.Suddenly I felt an inner glow, a deep sense of love and light as if I became part of an overwhelming oneness.
In the blitz of a second, I saw it all, past, present, future. I saw the links between my youth, family, university studies, professional & social life and relationships. I understood the power of “the University of Life” and the impact of the therapies and retreats that I had done to heal and learn, to grow and transform. Every cell suddenly understood its true purpose.

Already that same day, I started making a vision board of that wonderful place, called “Home of Inner Peace”. It contained all my passions. A holistic, body-mind-soul vision on wellbeing. The importance of a healthy lifestyle, nourishing food, and gentle movements like yoga. The impact of nature, beauty, and serene interiors on our feelings. The moment I shared my plans with my husband Wim and noticed his enthusiasm, it was clear to both of us: this was going to happen. An intensive search for the right location followed… until one day. The day that we drove upon a hill in Andalusia. A gate opened. What I saw was a property that needed a significant transformation, what I felt was an energy I never experienced before. It was overwhelming and at the same time, it was coming ‘Home.’ Tears of joy rolled; my soul sparkled and boosted my inner light.This was the place that I had visualized months before, this was the place to spread light & love. “Viluz, Home of Inner Peace” was born.
